Expand coverage to Western kitchen knives

Feature Request

Currently the site index Japanese kitchen knives exclusively, which might not fit for everyone. Considering expanding coverage to Western brands like Mercer (which I also own two of them), and other reputable brands like Wüsthof, Zwilling J. A. Henckels, etc.

    To expand the coverage, the site will need a clear separation of the knife styles, like Japanese, Western, or Chinese. This involve tagging each listing with the knife style. Knife style shall be derived from the product listing's title programmatically.

    One foreseeable problem is distinguishing "Gyuto" and "Chef Knife", as some sellers put "Chef Knife" in their listing title for Japanese style Gyuto to accommodate their visitors. Will try to figure out how to properly do this.
